Get ready to bump, set, and serve! This action-packed Volleyball elective is all about learning cool new skills, making new friends, and having tons of fun on the court. Throughout camp week, kids will play games, take on fun challenges, and learn how to work together as a team. No experience needed, just bring your energy and your best moves!
Get ready to move, compete, and have a blast! This elective is all about XTREME outdoor games - the kind that get your heart pumping and your team cheering. From GagaBall and four square to dodgeball, capture the flag, and an Amazing Race–style challenge, every day brings a new adventure. If you love action, teamwork, and nonstop fun, this is the place to be!
Please note that your child must select both a morning (AM) and an afternoon (PM) elective, which they will attend for the full week of camp. All listed electives are available during both time slots. Be sure to choose a different elective for each time slot.
For the Grades 3–5 program, children who wish to be placed with friends must register for the same AM and PM electives, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
During registration, parents may request that their child be placed in the same group as friends, with a maximum of three friends per request. We will do our best to accommodate these requests; however, all families involved must make the same request during registration.
In the Great Xplorers Program (Grades 1–2), specific electives are not offered, so there is nothing to select during registration.

Hope Kids Camp is a week long day camp at Hope Bible Church in Oakville for kids in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 5.
It's a week full of fun, laughter, music, creativity, and time with friends—all while learning more about who God is and how much He loves us.
We love to see kids try new things, ask big questions, and head home excited to come back the next morning!
This summer, Hope Kids Camp is turning things upside down, in all the right ways.
Join Quinnis as he stumbles into a brand-new Kingdom and sets his sights on becoming one of the King’s elite. But he quickly discovers this Kingdom, and this King, are unlike any he’s ever known. In this Kingdom, the way up… is down. To reach the King, Quinnis must first get low.
Our prayer for this summer’s camp is that every child understands and experiences the love of Jesus and what it takes to be close to HIM!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds:
If you need to withdraw from camp, you are eligible for a refund of your registration fee minus a $45 non-refundable processing fee per registration, provided that your cancellation request is received on or before May 28, 2026.
Non-Refundable After May 28, 2026:
Please note that after May 28, 2026, all registrations become non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or changes in personal plans.
This policy is necessary due to the commitments we must make to vendors, supplies, elective leaders, and other planning partners in advance of the event.
How to Cancel:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to KidsCamp@HopeOakville.ca. The effective date of your cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice.
No Transfers or Credits:
Currently, we are unable to offer credits toward future events.
*Should there be a waitlist for the event, and another person can commit to attending at the last minute, Transfer arrangements may be a possibility. Please be aware that there are no guarantees for this case-by-case situation.

Each child should bring a nut-free and litterless lunch from Monday to Friday, including morning and afternoon snacks.
For outdoor electives, please pack a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen (ensure they are all labelled with your child's name).
Please complete the Elective Change Form to let us know you want to change your child’s elective(s). If a spot becomes available for that elective, we will contact you to let you know the change has been made.
