CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds:
If you need to withdraw from camp, you are eligible for a refund of your registration fee minus a $45 non-refundable processing fee per registration, provided that your cancellation request is received on or before May 28, 2026.
Non-Refundable After May 28, 2026:
Please note that after May 28, 2026, all registrations become non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or changes in personal plans.
This policy is necessary due to the commitments we must make to vendors, supplies, elective leaders, and other planning partners in advance of the event.
How to Cancel:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to KidsCamp@HopeOakville.ca. The effective date of your cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice.
No Transfers or Credits:
Currently, we are unable to offer credits toward future events.
*Should there be a waitlist for the event, and another person can commit to attending at the last minute, Transfer arrangements may be a possibility. Please be aware that there are no guarantees for this case-by-case situation.
